You will assist the Reception Manager with the daily running of the Front Office department, including procedures, health and safety, most importantly maintain positive team morale and provide sufficient training and coaching.
As Guest Services Supervisor you will ensure that all Receptions duties are carried out as laid out in the shift procedure, including support to food and beverage when needed. You will ensure that at all times, a professional and efficient manner is displayed and that all enquiries, comments and complaints are handled courteously and set standards.
Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to improve team member performance and that the team reaches their departmental goals, ensuring communication of these across the team so they are all working towards achieving or exceeding targets such as SALT scores.
