Description:

WE ARE RECRUITING A GUEST SERVICES TEAM LEADER TO JOIN OUR VIBRANT AND FRIENDLY RAPPORT TEAM, BASED IN OUR CLIENT’S OFFICES IN DUBLIN. OUR CLIENT IS AN EVER-EXPANDING GLOBAL AMERICAN BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES CORPORATION. THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO BE A PART OF THE GLOBAL ALIGNMENT INITIATIVE WHILE PROVIDING AN OUTSTANDING SERVICE ALL KEY STAKEHOLDERS.

The Team Leader will play a crucial role in managing a team of 4 across 3 different locations in Ireland. The role is desk-based, but there is an element of travel for training purposes. With 19 amiable and helpful team members spread across EMEA, the wider team communicates on a daily basis through WhatsApp and Microsoft Teams. Even though we work virtually, the team has a social atmosphere, and we celebrate victories and birthdays together!

Responsibilities:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors to site
  • Managing, training, and continuously engaging with the team to ensure high levels of productivity
  • Working alongside the team to ensure efficient and outstanding service levels are delivered at all times
  • Actively engaging and encouraging client and guest feedback, and driving change that enhances services provided, maximising technology and innovation in the process, and communicating best practice across the team
  • Being involved in staff events from the social aspect to planning and implementing with the office leadership team
  • Booking and supporting all meetings and events, using EMS
