Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Bell/Valet Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests by assisting with their luggage, greeting them upon arrival, and parking and retrieving their vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival
- Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide directions and recommendations to guests regarding local attractions and amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area
- Observe safety procedures and traffic laws while driving guest vehicles
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with other team members and departments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
