OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Services Valet Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth parking experience for our guests while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse guests is highly valued.

SKILLS

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail environments is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic retail math.
  • Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is advantageous for assisting guests.
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a dealership setting can be beneficial but is not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas.
  • Monitor the parking lot to ensure efficient use of space and assist guests with any inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide directions and information about the facility and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist with vehicle retrieval and ensure that all vehicles are returned safely to their owners.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parking operations.
  • Uphold high standards of guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
