Role Overview: We are seeking an expert Guidewire Business Consultant- Claim Center to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have Business Analysis experience -Guidewire claim center application and proven background in engagement execution, program management.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and document detailed solution designs, applying your expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in sophisticated systems development and programming.
- Offer solution options and enhance customer support. Collaborate on project estimates with customers.
- Design exceptional functional, technical, and user interfaces. Align designs with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and system performance standards along with advising on the development of System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Ensure quality in technical work you’re doing during design and development phases, and make vital adjustments.
- Implement to customer’s standard methodologies in technology delivery, project management, and architecture, ensure detailed project documentation and accurate cost estimation.
- Achieve project breakthroughs efficiently to meet budget, timing, and quality standards. Innovate to reduce costs and improve the cost-effectiveness and experience for customers.
- Cultivate knowledge management, ensuring crucial knowledge is documented and accessible. Set performance metrics and goals with tech peers and partners. Conduct code reviews and Operational Readiness Reviews to ensure maintenance ease and standards compliance.
- Design for reusability and trace solutions back to business requirements. Identify and resolve any issues compromising application integrity and provide technical support for raised incidents and promote a positive work environment passionate about quality, innovation, teamwork, and service.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- More than 10 years of confirmed experience in business systems analysis.
- More than 5 years of consistent record working with Guidewire Claim Center and more than 5 years of working experience in General Insurance business (Home and Auto).
- Experience in enterprise Agile methodology. Strong facilitation and elicitation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
