Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over 5 years of experience in configuring and integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter using GOSU, with hands-on experience in PolicyCenter versions 7.0, 8.0, or 10.
  • More than 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using Java, J2EE, or .NET technologies.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing software development teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies, including Java Web Services, JMS, JSP, XML, JSON, JDBC, and more.
  • Expertise in developing and integrating Web Services (SOAP and REST).
  • Familiarity with Spring Batch or Spring Boot is a plus.
  • Experience with containerization and cloud environments, including Openshift, AWS, or Azure, is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of security domain practices is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in working with Oracle and SQL Server relational databases, with familiarity in open-source database technologies.
  • Experience with JBoss server administration.
  • Strong experience in continuous integration and DevOps methodologies, with expertise in tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Rally, SonarQube, etc.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of completing tasks within established deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
    Job Types: Full-time, Contract
    Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
