including business representatives business analysts architects and engineers to plan design
develop test and implement solutions We embrace a culture challenging the status quo and
constantly looking to simplify processes technology and workflow
This position reports to the AVP Software Engineering

• Review software requirements efficiently
• Build architectural diagrams design documents
• Design screens business rules and workflow changes
• Write programs configure package deploy software
• Establish and follow coding standards
• Debug and unit test the code
• Perform peer code reviews
• Mentor junior resources
