Description du poste
En tant que technicien(ne) en transplantation capillaire, vous serez chargé(e) de fournir un soutien technique essentiel pendant les procédures de transplantation capillaire. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec nos médecins et les autres membres de l’équipe afin de garantir à chaque patient un service de qualité supérieure et des résultats esthétiques satisfaisants.
Exigences :
Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en restauration capillaire. (Un atout)
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec les médecins et les autres membres de l’équipe.
Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de relations avec les clients.
Responsabilités :
Préparation et assistance : Préparer l’environnement de travail, les instruments et l’équipement. Assister le médecin pendant l’intervention en lui fournissant des instruments et en anticipant ses besoins.
Traitement des greffons : Extraire et préparer les unités folliculaires selon les protocoles de transplantation établis.

Soins postopératoires : Indiquer aux patients les soins nécessaires après la transplantation pour garantir une cicatrisation rapide et des résultats optimaux.
Assurance qualité : Maintenir les normes élevées de la clinique en suivant les procédures et en signalant les anomalies à l’équipe médicale.
Enseigner aux apprentis techniciens les compétences essentielles en matière de greffe de cheveux par le biais d’une formation pratique et détaillée.
