We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in hair styling and customer service will help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong customer service orientation, ensuring every client feels valued and satisfied.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

  Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

• Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet clients’ needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and managing retail sales.
• Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to the salon’s success.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.
