JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to upsell products and services to enhance the client experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
• Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred to support upselling efforts.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards.
• A valid cosmetology license is required in accordance with state regulations.

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for styles and products.
• Upsell retail products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Assist at the front desk when needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
