JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and experience in upselling products.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly environment for clients.
• Ability to sanitize tools properly and maintain high hygiene standards in the salon.
• Must be certified in Ontario

  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
  Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 1 – 35 per week

• Provide a variety of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by regularly sanitizing tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.
