Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders and MUIS to ensure halal compliance
Perform the duties of Roving Officer to audit stores to ensure halal standards are met and maintained
Assist in submitting application, monitor and obtain MUIS approval on the certification of new/renewed halal certificate
Deliver training of halal courses and conduct competency-based assessment for staff
Conduct routine site visits to B2B customers
Monitor product’s quality/quantity, branding upkeep and transaction performance
Liaise with cross-functional departments and external vendors
Act as the 1st level point of contact between the company and the B2B customers
Encourage B2B customers to increase sales orders
Build good relationship with B2B customers
Provide product SOP training to B2B customers
Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
No experience required
Candidate who is HCA certified will have an added advantage
