Description:
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Leadership and motivational skills an asset.
- Must be motivated, confident and enthusiastic
- Willing to work long hours
- Be courteous, obliging and attentive. Always greet members and guests with a smile.
- Present a neat and clean appearance at all times.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the ability to:
- Read and write (English)
- Communicate verbally with staff members and/or customers with or without the use of two-way radios.
- Give and/or follow verbal and written instructions.
- Operate vehicles and equipment for several hours at a time.
- Stand, sit, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to 5 hours at a time
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20 lbs. frequently, and 10 lbs. constantly. Several hours at a time.

Responsibilities:
- Treat customers in a courteous, respectful and friendly manner at all times
- Strive to maintain a first class aesthetically pleasing environment
- Provide fast, efficient service, anticipating guests’ needs
- May be require to cook hamburgers, hot dogs , chicken or sausage on the barbeque.
- Review requirements of tournament/business of the day as per tournament board.
- Will clean up patio after events.
- Perform opening duties as assigned (see opening checklist)
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility
- Perform meal and beverages service in accordance with standard
- assist cooks with preparation when needed
- Assess customer condition and limit alcohol consumption (Smart Serve Program)
- Report concerns and/or complaints to supervisor
- handle payments using cash and the computer
- perform duties assigned by the supervisor
- perform other duties as requested
