As part of a proactive & customer focused team, this role will provide facility support to a large number of diverse Community Groups & Organisations who use a myriad of facilities across our municipality.
About the Position
This position requires physical fitness and ability to set up & pack up furniture on behalf of our community groups throughout 23 facilities across the breadth of the municipality. While you will predominantly work with a partner, there are occasions where you will be solo.
Skills and Experience
You will require good communication and customer service skills, by providing a holistic positive experience to the Monash Community.
Ability to support both the Monash Community and team members
Ability to identify and report maintenance issues to the relevant Hall Officers
Assist with minor maintenance or repairs within facilities
Undertake additional hours to support annual leave & other absences of team members as required
Training will be provided
Requirements
You will require a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle (travel allowance applies)
Satisfactory National Police Check
Current Employee WWCC
Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
