Description:
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform non-technical related maintenance and repairs on a wide range of assets.
- Installation of hardware such as doors, door frames, shelving systems.
- Repairing and refinishing furniture.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Building Fabric issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed.
- Always adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Planned Maintenance and repairs on a wide range of assets, including the installation of hardware, shelves, cabinets, and furniture.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they escalate, performing necessary repairs or adjustments to prevent costly damages and maintain the integrity of the structure.
- Liaising with the site Helpdesk to close out PPMs and Corrective works
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including documentation of repairs, materials used, and any relevant information to facilitate future maintenance activities and ensure accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company requirements and safety standards related to scope of work.
- Makes decisions within parameters set by line Manager using job/specialist experience.
- Produce reports that explain ongoing issues and faults.
- Maintain tools, equipment, PPE in a good working condition.
- Report to supervisor, keeping them informed of activity progress and highlight any problems
