JOB OVERVIEW:

J Dass Developments is seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks at construction sites, residential properties, and commercial properties. The Handyman will play a crucial role in ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards, contributing to the overall success of JDass’s properties & projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of basic construction and repair skills.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in construction and maintenance work.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in different weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications or training is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working on construction sites or in a similar fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• First Aid and CPR certification.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) and perform manual labor.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Stamina to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and climb for extended periods of time
