EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant field or two years equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant field, or equivalent experience and/or training will be considered.

EXPERIENCE

  • Academic training in chemistry and chemical Engineering is desirable.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Applications, analytical instrument test methodology development, and automation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Follow specific test protocols and instructions.
  • Collaborate with other members of Test Engineering.
  • Demonstrate failure and error conditions to Development Engineers.
  • Define problems, collect data, and report valid conclusions.
  • Interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers or regulatory agencies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
