Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, guiding, coaching, and managing one of our Development teams consisting of up to 10 employees, developing cutting-edge AI sports cameras from start to finish
- Leading Electronics Engineers, Firmware Developers, and Mechanical Design Engineers
- Hiring new team members to solve the project needs. Max team size is 10 full-time employees
- Leading projects for the team. Planning, task management, follow-up
- Owning the vision of the products developed - In other words Product Management. Scoping and grooming tasks with the team
- Engaging with partners, suppliers, and consultants to achieve team goals
- Managing the team processes inspired by Agile Methodology (stand-ups, weekly check-ins, sprint planning, retro, OKRs, reporting, Kanban boards, backlog management, etc.)
- Developing and controlling timelines in Instagantt. Adding reasonable buffers and updating the timeline runningly, so it can be relied on
- Developing budgets for Capex & Opex of your team and goals
- There is a lot of responsibility and a lot of freedom to do it how you see fit
