Description
Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated HARDWARE ENGINEER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Turin, Italy.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Extensive knowledge in analog and digital electronics.
- Previous experience in designing electronic boards based on microcontrollers and FPGAs;
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Knowledge of programming language for embedded systems (Firmware).
- Ability to write documentation for design.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Experience in handling laboratory Instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Multimeters, Signal Generators, etc.), debugging
- Knowledge and use of simulation tools (e.g., ModelSim, Spice, Simulink, etc.)
- Experience in consultation and management, regulations
- Knowledge of the life cycle of a product
- Aptitude for working in a team and for objectives, good problem solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for work purposes.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Educated to Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical background.
