The IoT Devices team owns and delivers all hardware and firmware development for the Trackunit range of Telematics IoT Devices and due to a steadily increased activity level, our IoT Devices Products Engineering team is now welcoming new engineers to join our exciting journey to eliminate downtime in the construction industry.
The team employ skilled engineers, covering the complete chain from product architects, over electronics circuit designers, to firmware engineers, and use external partners for support on dedicated topics.
With locations in the hearts of Aarhus and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. We have our own hardware laboratory in Aalborg though and therefore we expect you to be present at our Aalborg hub on a regular basis.

WHO ARE YOU IDEALLY?

• We expect you have a relevant education and some years of practical experience in designing and testing electronics HW as outlined below.
• You are fluent in English on a professional level.
• Personally, you:

You will work closely with colleagues from other skill groups, where you contribute with:

• Design of hardware systems and circuits for the system functionality mentioned above
• Guidance of the design choices from first idea of a system architecture to a verified product
• HW block design, selecting the right approach
• Collaborate with partners for the design of ruggedized mechanical housings and harness/wiring
• Hands-on implementation of electronic circuits including block diagrams, schematics capture, PCB layout, and laboratory work
• Help your colleagues and team lead scope development work packages

Your work starts with system requirements and ends with an product collecting data on heavy construction machinery. You will be one of our HW Engineers who lay the foundation for the electronics hardware part of our IoT Devices product range.
Processor sub-systems, storage, cellular modem modules, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, Ethernet, and other highly ruggedized external interfaces are some of the systems you will integrate and develop.

You will work closely with colleagues from other skill groups, where you contribute with:

• Design of hardware systems and circuits for the system functionality mentioned above
• Guidance of the design choices from first idea of a system architecture to a verified product
• HW block design, selecting the right approach
• Collaborate with partners for the design of ruggedized mechanical housings and harness/wiring
• Hands-on implementation of electronic circuits including block diagrams, schematics capture, PCB layout, and laboratory work
