YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• A degree in computer science or equivalent qualification.
• A commitment to software quality and product success as integral aspects of your work.
• A passion for sharing knowledge, driving solutions with your team, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Several years of practical experience in C++ and solid knowledge of C, Python, and shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of network devices, IT networks, VPN, routing, and netfiltering.
• Ideally, experience in implementing IT security measures on embedded Linux systems.
• Familiarity with working in Scrum or Agile environments and a good grasp of the associated methods and principles.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain userspace software for our Linux-based routers, both directly on the operating system and within our container technology (LXC).
• Perform unit and integration testing, while enhancing our existing test framework for regression testing.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure and continuously improve code quality.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including team members, the product owner, and customers, to clarify requirements and facilitate the acceptance of software solutions.
