ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
The Industrialization & Verification (TI) organisation is an integral part of the R&D organisation within EAS. We focus on validation/verification and industrialization of antenna products & components and develop the latest cutting-edge antenna test technology working in a challenging and highly motivating environment.
We are now looking for a Hardware Test Architect to drive the E2E testing strategy enabling increased efficiency, reduced time-to-market and reduced cost. The position is part of a multi-functional development team where diversity, knowledge sharing and collaboration create true innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the e2e test plan (blueprint) of antenna design bases, platforms and variants
- Orchestrate and harmonize the testing landscape for antenna development
- Drive the continuous improvement of e2e testing by using alliances in all phases
- Systematically feedback test strategy, results and optimization to design base teams
- Drive a” Design-for-test” approach throughout the organization
- Continuously drive efficiency improvements through innovation, automation, collaboration, and simplification
- Scrutinize product requirements
- Lead an interdisciplinary team of specialists
