QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Minimum two to five years of harvesting experience.

• Train new and seasoned harvesters on proper harvesting techniques
• Teach efficient harvesting procedures
• Train on correct harvest passes
• Ensures the correct sizing and quality of the mushroomse. Provide completed training records and evaluations to Harvest Manager
• Re-train “C” list harvesters identified by Harvest Manager
• Ongoing, continuous coaching/training of experienced harvesters as needed
• Assist in supervising harvesting rooms, as needed
• Embrace and support the Highline culture and values, acting as a brand ambassador at all times
• Adheres to the Safety Policies, including use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment
• Reports unsafe conditions immediately to the Supervisor
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned as required
