Overview:
Hiring a full-time with full benefits Field Operations Supervisor. Postion is hands-on in the maintainence, repair, adjust, refurbish, and calibrate professional rental carpet cleaning equipment, rack service and product delivery, along with supervising a small number of personnel as needed

Essential Functions:

• Service assigned accounts in restocking, pricing, facing, rotating and invoicing of products and machines during each scheduled service
• Provide customer service and/or including service calls
• Ensure that safety measures are understood by the team and enforced
• Identify potentially dangerous or faulty equipment and find corrective actions to take
• Evaluates repairs against existing service level agreements or warranties and prepares price quotes
• Responsible for organization and maintenance of work areas
• Other responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• General knowledge of inventory and warehouse procedures
• Management and scheduling of personnel a plus

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong leadership
• Organzation
• Friendly, with exceptional communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Customer service oriented
• Mechanical and electical aptitude
• Able to work independently and solve problems
• Excited about a career, not just a job

Physical Demands

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state driver’s license
• Meet physical requirements - bending, stooping, kneeling, lift/raise up to 50lbs from ground to higher levels, and manually push/pull up to 75lbs
• Ability to work in different weather climates - Hot, Cold, Etc.
