REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
  • Requires 3-5 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
  • Experience in single business area and application (package and custom).
  • Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
  • Requires experience with professional software.
  • Requires project management skills.
  • Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
  • Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports strategic initiatives in collaboration between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements.
  • Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements.
  • Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
  • Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision.
  • Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems.
  • Provides onsite support to the organization’s internal users of ERP applications.
  • Solves moderately complex problems.
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
