We’re growing our team in Denmark! Join us as a HCM Solutions Consultant in Silkeborg or Copenhagen and help our customers digitize HR!

You understand the importance of digitalizing HR-related processes in modern companies. You are motivated by creating good dynamics in the project group on a project basis, finding good solutions, and establishing a sensible project structure with room to be agile.
You work purposefully and structurally to translate needs and processes into digital solutions – and you have the ability to communicate technical system requirements for new digital practices in everyday life.
You love working on building competencies, facilitating, and inspiring, so that the customer can independently continue the digitalization journey. When meeting new and existing customers, you naturally combine good relationships and customer experiences into a strong partnership, which forms a solid foundation for long-term collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with the implementation of business-critical applications (HCM, ERP, Payroll, T&A etc.).
- Several years’ experience with working as a consultant
- Can “talk” IT with HR and vice versa
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Contributes to an inspirational and motivating working environment
- Fluent in Danish, as well as English (we require Danish for working with customers)
Responsibilities:
- Work to optimise the HR digitalization journey for the specific customer
- Be a partner to the customer; be curious and gain insights about the customer to support, facilitate and challenge them to the best solution considering their specific needs and ambitions
- In the role of HR Consultant, act with strong communications skills as solution and system expert during configuration and data migration, run customer meetings and facilitate training sessions
- Actively inspire others with trends, common practices, and other relevant insights
- Always consider the big picture: see the connection between data, configuration of processes, reports and the effect on integrations within the system landscape
- Secure (minimized) time to value and a satisfied customer
- Secure that the project is on time, within agreed scope and budget with properly documentation of progress, solution, and decisions using our project tools
- Secure we stay relevant to our customers by contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodology and material - in collaboration with and under the leadership of the Centre of Excellence and Product Management
- Secure product requests from customers are delivered to Product Management via the established channels
- Actively share knowledge of trends, common practices, and other relevant insights
