Position: Head Chef
Type: Full Time (up to 42 hours per week)
Location: Meadow Springs, WA. (Just north of Mandurah)

Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution. Lead our small but dedicated team toward success.
Stock Control: Manage inventory, track stock levels, and minimize waste to optimize cost efficiency. Handle all stock ordering within budget and maintain tight control.
Recipe Costing: Accurately calculate food costs to ensure profitability while maintaining high quality. Uphold our commitment to minimizing food waste in the kitchen.
Menu Development: Take full ownership of designing and implementing innovative, seasonal menus that align with customer preferences. Regularly introduce creative food specials.
Creativity: Infuse your unique vision and flair into our food offerings, from the main menu to the cold food cabinet, bringing fresh ideas to elevate the dining experience.
