Are you a dedicated and skilled chef looking to take the lead in a top-tier setting? Chefs for Chefs presents an outstanding opening for a Head Chef in Banqueting at our esteemed 2 Rosette Hotel & Spa, where exceptional dining is the cornerstone of luxurious experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or similar role, ideally within a 2 Rosette or equivalent environment.
  • Expertise in event catering and managing large-scale functions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and inspire your team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, with knowledge of allergen regulations being a plus.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in creating and delivering top-notch banqueting events, ensuring every occasion is executed flawlessly. Your leadership will uphold the 2 Rosette standard that our guests have come to expect and admire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the kitchen team in delivering outstanding banquet experiences, overseeing everything from planning to the final plate.
  • Create and refine banquet menus, focusing on innovation and the use of seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure every dish meets the 2 Rosette standards for taste and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including staff rosters, inventory, and supplier orders.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to guarantee smooth service for all banqueting events.
