Description:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Head Chef to join Restaurant Associates delivering world class hospitality for our partner.
This role requires the successful applicant to travel and work abroad for approximately half of the year beside a high performance team within Formula 1

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Create and implement innovative menus tailored to team members and VIP guests
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold the highest hygiene standards
- Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and event demands
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end or high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for culinary creativity and excellence
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended periods
