We are looking to appoint a Designate Head Chef to join our Sussex region. You will provide support working in various pubs in the area while working through a development program designed to prepare you to take full responsibility for an amazing high energy kitchen. The timing of the program will depend on your rate of progress and a suitable House becoming available.
