• We are looking for a Head Chef for one of our hotels in Munich: Eurostars Book Hotel.

• Oversee all activities in the kitchen, from food preparation to plate presentation.
• Create new dishes and develop menus that cater to customer preferences and the restaurant’s vision.
• Control kitchen food and supplies inventory, placing orders and ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Ensure all food safety standards and hygiene regulations are met in the kitchen.
