Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel kitchen
- Develop and implement menus that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and manage food costs and inventory
- Collaborate with hotel management to create special events and promotions
