Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef for our busy establishment in Raheny, Dublin 5. The Head Chef will take full responsibility of the day to day operations of the kitchen. This exciting opportunity offers flexible hours and a great salary with bonuses.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience working in a gastro pub is strongly preferred
- Innovation and a passion for creating dishes
- Self starter and highly motivated
- Ability to train and develop other members of the team
- Strong management experience
- Fluent English and valid work permit is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to €60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations
- Liaising with suppliers for food orders
- Creating new dishes and menus.
- Interviewing and hiring new staff.
- Raising the food’s profit margins
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed.
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
- Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
- Taking care of the kitchen’s accounts and creating a work roster.
