Responsibilities:

This is an exciting role that allows you the freedom to design, create, prepare and serve high quality, nutritious meals for our residents. You’ll manage the team in the kitchen, ensure that food is prepared in a clean, hygienic and safe way. Alongside this you will:

  • Ensure all financial paperwork is completed within the required timescales
  • Ensure food is produced to the correct standard and in the correct quantities to avoid waste at times to suit the residents
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen
  • Provide leadership and development to the catering team
