QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of culinary experience in a Jiro-style ramen establishment.
- Proven leadership skills with strong numerical acumen.
- A strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to excellence.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation to uphold the shop’s reputation for authentic Jiro-style ramen.
- Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and overall profitability, implementing cost-control measures without compromising quality or authenticity.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and service to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
- Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in alignment with health regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold the shop’s high standards of ramen preparation and exceptional customer service.
