Dedicated to delivering a truly traditional experience, our restaurant will feature bold, rich flavors and hearty portions that reflect the essence of Jiro-style ramen.
Situated in one of Toronto’s most upscale areas, our location promises to bring a taste of Japan to a community that appreciates exceptional culinary craftsmanship.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of culinary experience in a Jiro-style ramen establishment.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong numerical acumen.
  • A strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to excellence.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.

    Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

  • Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation to uphold the shop’s reputation for authentic Jiro-style ramen.
  • Monitor food costs, labor expenses, and overall profitability, implementing cost-control measures without compromising quality or authenticity.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient preparation, cooking, and service to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
  • Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and compliance standards in alignment with health regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold the shop’s high standards of ramen preparation and exceptional customer service.
