WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with SLA.
• Organise staff schedules according to business levels.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the area of responsibility.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff according to statutory requirements and company policy, ensuring training needs are met and performance reviews align with company objectives.
• Comply with all statutory regulations and adhere to client and company policies.
• Ensure stocktaking, rotation, and secure storage of supplies, following company policy for storing and disposing of all items.
