The Rising Sun Bashley sits on the edge of The New Forest shouldering the local town of New Milton. The Pub has recently undergone a large investment, changing the concept of the menu’s, food offering and restaurant.
We are looking for a experienced head chef who is comfortable working in a large seasonal site, seeing higher covers in the spring/summer and elevating the food offer over the winter when its quieter.
We have recently installed a outside Pizza Kitchen, which is used throughout spring/summer to offer a quick alternative to our main menu in high season.
