JOB OVERVIEW

Are you ready to lead the culinary vision for an exciting new restaurant? We’re opening soon and are on the lookout for a passionate, innovative, and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and preparation techniques. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for menu creation, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food handling, preparation techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with wine pairing is an asset but not a “must”!

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,411.02-$65,326.11 per year

  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with health regulations and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with restaurant management to create special events or themed menus that enhance guest experiences.
  • Address any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality or service promptly and professionally.
