Two Sisters Vineyards is an ultra-premium winery with 150 acres of vineyards in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Head Concierge is the first point of contact for all guests entering the property; they provide fast, friendly service by actively engaging guests as they enter the property. It is a role that always requires a professional manner with clear spoken answers to guests to assist them. This position will be responsible for traffic flow when the guest arrives on property, supervising and leading the concierge team, and will be knowledgeable about the offerings of the winery that the guest can take part in. This position requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and able to work under pressure in a calm and collected manner. Responsibilities:

· Uphold professionalism and adhere to Two Sisters Vineyards practices and policies.
· Leading and mentoring the concierge team to success and exceptional customer service.
· Direct the concierge team during daily operations as needed.
· Assisting with scheduling for the concierge team.
· Coordinate flow of guests across the estate with multiple concierge desks and check-in points.
· Greet and welcome every guest that comes into the winery with a positive and friendly demeanor.
· Manage reservations and process wine tastings and tours.
· Receive and direct phone calls and messages to appropriate departments.
· Liaise with Retail Manager to suggest improvements to enhance guest experiences on check-in.
· Check guests in for tours and experiences and escort them to where they need to be.
· Communicate with management and retail staff on availability of tours and private tastings.
· Upsell winery tours and experiences.
· Handle cash payments and credit payments.
· Maintain a clean and neat front desk area.
· Perform general administrative tasks as required.
