We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head (f/m/d) of People Germany to collaborate closely with our CHRO. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating our global people strategy into everyday operations. Your work will ensure that our values are effectively reflected both internally and externally while supporting the overarching goals of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a senior advisor to the business, providing strategic guidance and expertise on key HR matters.
- Possess deep domain knowledge and extensive experience in negotiating with Workers’ Councils.
- Lead and develop two local teams: People Business Partnering Germany and Office Management Berlin.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Collaborate on budget and personnel planning, working closely with the People Analytics team.
- Support to build the HR strategy and implement it across the business.
- Manage freelancer activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and collaborating with external service providers.
- Work as part of the HR senior leadership team to deliver the strategic milestones.
- Ensure a positive employee experience for all BMG employees in Germany.
