Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Train, mentor, and manage housekeeping staff
- Ensure all rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Manage stock of cleaning supplies and linens
- Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
