You will be passionate, energetic, and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests using our beautiful rooms and cottages.
SALARY:£28850 + Tronc
HOURS: Full Time 45 Hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and running a large multi-site housekeeping operation and team: Overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping across multiple locations, including staff management, task delegation, and ensuring consistent service quality.
- Procurement and rotation of stock: Handling the purchase of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and rotated efficiently to meet operational needs.
- Setting and training standard operating procedures: Developing and implementing standardized procedures for housekeeping tasks, and providing training to ensure all staff adhere to these standards.
- Ensuring tight deadlines are achieved to a 5-star standard: Monitoring and managing team performance to meet strict deadlines, while maintaining the highest quality of service expected in a 5-star environment.
- Administrative duties, including rota scheduling, planning, and preparation for each day: Performing essential administrative tasks such as creating staff schedules, planning daily operations, and preparing resources to ensure smooth running of housekeeping activities.
