For our team in Lausanne we’re looking for Head Loyalty & Referral Dig. Product Group
The overall purpose of this position will be:
Acts as product manager for our Loyalty & Referral programs across categories and be the point person within the product organization. Uses high-level perspective and customer insight to define goals and create a vision and roadmap for this product group. Be responsible for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, delivery teams and external partners to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business goals. Owns the entire lifecycle of the product group, define and measure its business objectives, manage its development, release, support and retirement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy: Creating, maintaining, and communicating the PG vision, product strategy, and roadmap in line with customer needs, and developing a product group strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and market demands.

  • Product Management - Ensure that product capabilities align with customer needs and strategic goals. This include the engagement and alignment of the Region SPOCs to ensure product capabilities meet customer needs across platforms, and aligning the product roadmap with the product group strategy and quarterly planning commitments.

  • Demand Management: Align demand with the product group strategy and ensuring value realization

  • Translation and Collaboration: Translating product strategy into initiatives and requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams, and collaborating with Product Groups, partners, customers, and the development team.
  • Backlog and Strategy management: Ensures that backlog is aligned with strategic initiatives, and translated into actionable items to optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Align architecture with business priorities and ensuring efficient delivery of product initiatives
  • Planning and Execution: Sharing key objectives, milestones, and release schedules during quarterly events, adjusting scope and resources as necessary, and organizing and facilitating Product Group practices and quarterly planning to support efficiency and execution. Visibility and Support: Providing visibility and ensuring the product development process is well-communicated, transparent, and supported by effective training programs.

  • Performance Management - Focuses on defining and measuring product value metrics to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement. (Value Metrics and KPIs, Service and Product Performance and compliance and best methodologies) Ensures that team performance is effectively managed, resources are utilized efficiently, and continuous development is promoted to achieve business goals.

  • Budgeting Management - Ensure that financial resources are effectively allocated and managed. This includes Financial Management and Tracking, cost estimation and optimization, strategic Investment Balancing In conclusion this accountability ensures that financial resources are effectively managed, costs are controlled, and investments are strategically balanced to support both current and future initiatives.
  • Resourcing Management - Strategic management and allocation of resources to ensure the product group’s objectives are met.

Whom are we looking for?

  • University degree with certificates in Agile at Scale (SAFe), Agile or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage cross functional team in a complex matrix organization
