REQUIREMENTS

  • Clinical Qualification (Essential)
  • Masters Degree in Business or Science or equivalent (desirable)
  • 8 years experience in a wellness and/or rewards environment
  • 5-8 years experience in a leadership/management position
  • Experience as a product or business owner will be an added advantage
  • Behavioural science experience will be an advantage
  • A culturally open-minded disposition.

Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

As the Head of Multiply for Momentum Health Solutions, you will have the unique opportunity to build and manage world-class incentivised wellness solutions. You will take full accountability for Multiply from design, development, implementation and ongoing management of engagement, buy-up and service. The role operates within the wider Momentum Health Solutions business where you will be required to collaborate with, influence and gain support from various teams in support of delivery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Articulating the incentivised wellness strategy and roadmap in support of the Momentum Health Solutions strategy and purpose.
  • Working closely with the Momentum Health Solutions business units to understand the member, employer and scheme needs.
  • Understanding and contributing to the integrated value proposition of Momentum Health Solutions in order to implement incentivised wellness solutions that enhance the overall offering and ensure effective integration into the value proposition.
  • Design and implement solutions, based on client needs and relevant wellness and behavioural science trends and research.
  • Manage a leading partner management team that establishes and maintains mutually beneficial relationship with partners.
  • Measuring and reporting on the impact of our solutions on our client’s health and wellness.
  • Creating competitive and breakthrough strategies to drive short-term profitability and long-term business growth and shareholder value.
  • Anticipating, meeting and exceeding customer and stakeholder expectations by creating long lasting relationships that support the value proposition.
  • Creating and maintaining an open, positive working environment by generating commitment, building trust, a shared sense of purpose, empowerment in others and encouraging them to contribute to the best of their ability.
  • Driving results through a sense of urgency, focus, accountability, agility and execution to deliver business results.
  • Prioritising the business interest of Momentum Health Solutions and invest in the success of the business by aligning the effort across business units and capabilities.
  • Persuading, convincing, influencing and inspiring others, both within Momentum Health Solutions and externally, to win support, loyalty and gain commitment to the purpose of Momentum Health Solutions.
  • Lead a business development team that is responsible for formulating and executing growth strategies for Multiply in South Africa and identifying and actively pursuing opportunities for Multiply to expand into markets that are attractive to Momentum Health Solutions.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to build brand love for Multiply and ensure clients are engaged through relevant communication.
  • Working closely with the Technology team to implement solutions and ensure a world class digital client experience.
  • Working closely with the Service & Operations teams to ensure world class service levels and retention of members.
