Description:

HEAD OF ACCOUNT MANAGMENT

We are looking for our next Head of Account Management to join our Canary Wharf-based Broker Account Management team. Reporting to the Head of Broker Management, you will be responsible for managing and supporting an Account Management team who must negotiate and renew a portfolio of policies, through the Specialist Broker network. You will steer Account Managers towards growth and help them retain profitable portfolios, in accordance with company strategy.

  • Performance and Salary Reviews
  • Recruitment and Training and development of staff
  • Drive innovation and change management
  • Steer and empower team to retain a profitable portfolio
  • Meet and engage with Customers
  • Maintain strong relationship with Brokers
  • Strategise with Brokers and Customers
  • Negotiate both internally and externally
  • Support internal projects
  • Manage corporate entertainment and budget
  • Maintain management reports and use for strategic planning
  • Intervene when issue occur within the portfolio
