Description:

Role: Head of Account Management
Client: Leading Solutions Provider
Essentials: Proven experience managing a nationwide field-based team, strong commercial awareness, understanding of EBITDA, margin, and portfolio value, experience in high-level negotiations, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
Location: Dublin

Our client is seeking a Head of Account Management to lead a field-based service team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive growth within the Workwear business.
The role involves overseeing customer portfolios, ensuring renewals, and enhancing profitability through cross-selling and upselling. The successful candidate will also manage budgets, collaborate with various internal departments, and report results to senior management monthly. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in managing key accounts are essential.
