  • Have minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B/B2C volume sales, with a demonstrated experience with developing effective sales funnels and implementing marketing automation programs.

  • Are highly self-driven, capable of working in a time-sensitive setting and committed to continuous improvement.Act as a teamplayer with the ability to exhibit patience in both short-term and long-term scenarios.

Responsibilities:

As the Head for Acquisition in Business Direct, you play a crucial role in attracting new customers for small businesses across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. You will be developing and executing innovative strategies to attract through various channels, ensuring a constant flow of customers. The position is based in Copenhagen but will entail some travelling as part of the job.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage top-funnel sales activities, utilizing a combination of web and phone-based approaches.
  • Design and oversee marketing automation programs to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Conduct experiments to test new acquisition tactics, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing less effective ones
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels from various fields within Danske Bank to drive transformation of our mass-acquisition performance and align with the strategic objectives for the small business segment.Influence IT prioritization to secure technological support for our acquisition initiatives.
