Description:

As Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, and developing a diverse, high-impact team of professionals who will tackle all the challenges of a competitive market and bring our marketing to a new level.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of customer acquisition and retention strategy across all aspects of online marketing,
  • Management of all digital campaign set-up across core digital performance channels,
  • Management of team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals,
  • Analyze and report data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Explore and implement technologies that will make Tylko ready for a cookie-less World
  • Work closely with the CRM and BI team, develop a solid data-driven marketing approach, and systematically track and analyze our marketing performance to provide actionable insights and solutions
  • Improve our understanding of the Tylko customer and aim to deliver consistently the best message to the right customer at the right time
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing Team to align global acquisition strategies & goals;
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer and presenting results at board meetings
