QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing high-performing programs
• Deep understanding of theiGaming or cryptocurrency industry and its unique affiliate marketing landscape
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate tracking and reporting systems (e.g., MyAffiliates, CellXpert)
• Strong understanding of commission structures, payment models, and affiliate KPIs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven and analytical mindset, with a focus on results and ROI
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards

THE ROLE OF THE HEAD OF AFFILIATES

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Affiliates will spearhead the online casino’s affiliate marketing strategy, driving growth and maximizing player acquisition through a network of affiliates. This role demands a seasoned professional with 10+ years of proven success in managing high-performing affiliate programs, particularly within the iGaming or cryptocurrency space. The ideal candidate possesses an in-depth knowledge of affiliate systems (e.g., MyAffiliates, CellXpert), a solid understanding of deal/ commission structures and payments, and a data-driven approach to affiliate management and reporting.
