Registered AHP qualification Evidence of relevant AHP post registration qualifications, plus significant post registration experience at a masters level or equivalent Relevant experience in management and leadership position(s). Clear clinical expertise in achieving quality care and positive patient experience in a multi-professional environment. Good understanding and application of least restrictive practices Thorough knowledge of National Healthcare agenda, legislation, and local agendas. Detailed knowledge of day-to-day operational systems, policies, procedures, and infrastructure.
Experience of teaching, influencing, negotiation and supervision Strong track record as a motivational leader. Experienced of effecting positive change processes. Excellent patient focused assessment skills. Highly motivated and have effective interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate breadth of thinking and problem-solving strategies. Effective organisational and time management skills. Expertise underpinning theory acquired through AHP qualification and by accredited training and experience with ability to provide skills, knowledge, and experience to AHP teams. Proven ability to performance manage a staff team.
Vision for the future of mental health AHP and the development of the service provided. In depth understanding and working knowledge of clinical governance. Ability to manage under intense pressure when required.Investigative skill
